Eligibility for Senior Executive and Executive Posts:
Graduate degree and MBA in HR/PGDM in HR/MHRM or equivalent course in HRM. Candidates should have minimum 04 years experience for senior executive and 02 years for executive post in the fields of Human Resource (HR) in Government Organization/PSU/CPSE/Metro Rail.
Upper Age limit: Maximum 35 years (Age relaxation as per govt. norms)
Pay Scale: Rs. 40000-140000/- for Senior Executive and Rs. 30000-120000/-(Executive)
