Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment in Odisha SSC

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or Institution recognized by the Government+ Must have passed examination in Odia equivalent to ME Standard/ HSC with Odia as one of the subject

Age Limit (as on 1 January 2012): Maximum 32 years

Application Fee: Rs 100 to be paid by General and all category candidates of other States, and no fee will be charged from SC/ ST category candidates of Odisha.

The fee needs to be paid either in shape of deposit of the amount in the Treasury Challan under the Head “0051-P.S.C.-104- UPSC/ SSC- Examination Fees- 0047- Fees collected for conducting examination- 02041- Examination Fees”.

Selection Procedure for Recruitment in Odisha SSC: The competitive examination comprise three successive stages viz:-

• Written Test (150 marks)
• Assessment of Academic Career (30 marks)
• Viva Voce (20 marks)
