Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1. Curator (Display): Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Designs/ Fine Arts or equivalent from a recognized University, and 7 years experience in layout of Galleries and organizing exhibitions in Museums/ Art Galleries/ Cultural Institutions at a Senior Level.

2. Curator (Conservation): Candidates should have a Master’s degree with Chemistry / Conservation from a Recognized University and 7 years experience in the field of Conservation at a senior level in a reputed Museum / Cultural Institution / University

3. Dy. Curator: Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Museology / Fine Arts /Archeology /History from a recognized University And 5 years working experience in a reputed Museum / Cultural Institution in a responsible position.

Age Limit

• Curator (Display): Not exceeding 45 years.
• Curator (Conservation): Not exceeding 45 years for direct recruitment
• Dy. Curator: Not exceeding 40 years.

Pay Scale

• Curator (Display): Group ’A’ post in P.B. 3 Rs.15,600-39,100, with Grade Pay Rs.6,600/
• Curator (Conservation): Group ’A’ post in P.B. 3 Rs.15,600- 39,100, with Grade Pay Rs.6,600/
• Dy. Curator: Group ’A’ post in P.B.3, Rs.15,600- 39,100, Grade Pay Rs.5,400/
