SECL Apprentice Recruitment 2024: South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) has an opportunity for graduates and diploma holders for the post of Apprentice in different disciplines. A total of 1425 Technician/Graduate Apprentice posts are to be filled in different disciplines including Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Civi and others. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application through online mode at secl-cil.in on or before February 27, 2024.
Selection for these posts will be done on the basis of document verification which will be tentatively conducted from March 15, 2024.

SECL Apprentice Eligibility and Age Limit
The eligibility criteria and age limit have been released by the examination authority. Candidates can refer to the official notification for details.
Educational Qualification: Candidate should hold 04 years degree for graduate apprenticeship and 03 year diploma in relevant stream/branch of engineering for technician apprenticeship or equivalent qualification granted by institution recognised by the government.

Age Limit: Candidate should have completed 18 years of age as on February 13th, 2024.

SECL Selection Procedure
Under the selection process, the date of passing in engineering/diploma will be the basis for shortlisting the candidate. Earlier passed candidates will be placed higher. In case of tie-on, the date of passing in the same category, the percentage of marks of engineering /diploma, percentage of marks in 12th/10th respectively and date of birth will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd tie-breakers in order for provisional selection.
