Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Manager: 46 Posts
(i) Finance: Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost Accountant.
(ii) HR: 02 years full time MBA/MMS with specialization in Personal Management/HRD/HRM/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare or 02 years full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personal Management/HRD/HRM/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare or Masters in Personal Management from UGC/AICTE recognized university/institute with minimum of 60% marks.
(iii) Management: 02 years MBA/Post Graduate Degree in Business Management/Post Graduate Diploma in Management from UGC/AICTE recognized university/institute with minimum of 60% marks.
(iv) Law: Full Time Bachelors Degree in Law or Post Graduate Degree in law from colleges approved by bar council of India with minimum of 60% marks.
(v) Civil: 04 years full time Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from a UGC/AICTE recognized university/institute with minimum of 60% marks.
(vi) Fire & Security: Full time regular BE/B. Tech. in Fire & Safety Engineering from a UGC/AICTE recognized university/institute with minimum of 60% marks.
- Deputy General Manager: 02 Posts
(i) Law: Degree in law from a recognized University India with minimum 60% marks.
(ii) Civil: Full time Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from a UGC/AICTE recognized university/institute with minimum of 60% marks.
