Jammu and Kashmir, Services Selection Board (SSB), Srinagar released the list of candidates provisionally shortlisted for Interview for the post of Jr. Engineer (Civil), (Public Works Department (R&B)), State Cadre. The vacancy was notified via Notification No 11 of 2013 dated 24 December 2013.
The list contains details of 1605 candidates – 796 candidates from Kashmir province and 806 candidates from Jammu province -- who have been shortlisted for the interview on the basis of their performance in the objective Type written test.
The Interview for Item No 884 shall be conducted from 20 October2014 till 31 October2014 at J&K Services Selection Board, Zam Zam Hotel, Rambagh, Srinagar from 0930 hours onwards (Kashmir Province based Candidates) and from 13 November 2014 till 21 November 2014 at J&K Services Selection Board, Central Office, Sehkari Bhawan, Near Bahu Plaza Panama Chowk, Jammu from 0930 hours onwards (Jammu Province Based Candidates).
The interview schedule and particulars of the eligible candidates will also be available in the offices of the Administrative Officer, J&K Services selection Board, Jammu /Srinagar.
Shortlisted candidates whose names figure in the list are required to appear before the interview committee on the schedule date & time. They will have to produce all certificates/ testimonials in original and attested photocopy before the interview committee at the time of interview. Appearance of candidates in the interview shall be subject to scrutiny of all testimonials.
