ITI will not be applicable on the result, according to the notice issued by the Police Recruitment Board, the information of UP Police Recruitment Result is being published for the information of the candidates. In such a situation, no separate request will be accepted.

The merit is prepared in the order of candidates with the highest to lowest scores. If two candidates have equal marks then the exam conducting authority will use the tie-breaking policy to normalize the marks. As per the tie-breaker policy, if two candidates have equal marks in the UP Police Constable Result then the candidate with better qualification will be given a higher rank. If the tie still applies, then the candidates with higher age will be given a higher rank.

UP Police Constable was conducted in two phases on 23 August, 24 August 25 August, 30 August and 31 August at 1174 examination centers in 67 districts.

To get selected for the post of Constable, candidates will have to a few stages. The details of those stages are given below. The candidates who will pass the written test will be called for a physical examination and document verification. The final merit list will be based on:

• Written Exam
• Physical Standard Test and Document Verification
• Physical Efficiency Test
• Medical Test

Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment Board has also released the notice in the PDF for the result. 

A total of 48,17,441 candidates had registered for the written examination of which 15 lakh female candidates participated and about 34.6 lakh male candidates appeared on 23, 24, 25 August and 30, 31 August. 

To check UP Police result, kindly the steps given below:

• Visit the official website: uppbpb.gov.in.
• Select "Results" or "Notices" section: On the homepage you will find the link related to the results.
• Enter registration number and details: After clicking on the link, enter your registration number and other details.
• Submit: After filling the information click on the Submit button.
• Check the result: Your result will appear on the screen. Download it or print it.

The result is made using the following method

1. Provisional Answer Key and Invited Objection: The UPPRPB published the provisional answer key on its official website in the first step. Candidates challenged the answer key.
2. Final Answer Key: After evaluating all objections, the UPPRPB released the final answer key, which is considered authoritative. 
3. Answer Sheet Evaluation: Authorities evaluated the answer sheets using the final answer key.
4. Merit List: Based on the evaluated scores, a merit list has been compiled, featuring the candidates who have met the cut-off marks.
5. Declaration of Results: The final results will be announced on the official website, where candidates can view their scores and rank on the merit list.

The Physical Efficiency Test will be held for the applicants who will pass the Physical Standard Test and Scrutiny of Documents. For such applicants UPPRPB Constable PET will be held in the third week of January 2024.

The detailed marks of all the students weather qualified or not qualified will be available after the completion of the entire recruitment process.

Along with the result, UP Police has also released the minimum cut off for all categories. While the cut off for the general category is 214, the cut off for the reserved category is 187. Candidates can check the cut off for all categories in the table below.   

The proceedings of the scrutiny of records and physical standard test of the eligible students are proposed to be conducted in the third week of the month of December 2024. For this, detailed information about the place, date and time will be displayed on the board's website i.e. uppbpb.gov.in.

The constable exam was conducted in 10 shifts, and normalising of the marks was done as per the provisions of the rules and procedure mentioned in the notification, on the basis of superiority of marks and relevant provisions of reservation of Uttar Pradesh State.

Around 1 lakh seventy-four thousand candidates, approximately 2.5 times the category-wise advertised posts, are being called for the scrutiny of records and physical standard tests.
