UPSC Exam 2024: The UPSC CSE Prelims 2024 has been postponed by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The exam scheduled to be held on 26 May will now be conducted after the election. The candidates can check the new schedule in this article below.
UPSC Prelims New Date 2024
The exam will now be conducted on 16 June 2024. The candidates will be informed about the admit card and other details in due course of time. The UPSC IAS written examinations will take place in two sessions – General Studies and Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT). The General Studies paper is scheduled for the morning session, running from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, while the afternoon session will host the CSAT from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
UPSC Prelims Admit Card 2024
The commission will issue the UPSC IAS prelims admit card 2024 at least 10 days before the examination. Once accessible, candidates can download their UPSC Prelims hall ticket 2024 from the official website at upsc.gov.in. To obtain the UPSC Civil Services admit card for 2024, individuals need to input their registration number along with their roll number or date of birth.
The UPSC IAS Main exams are set to take place from September 20, spanning five days.
Previously, the Commission extended the registration deadline for the UPSC IAS exam 2024. As per the official announcement, the registration deadline was pushed to March 6 at 6 PM. Following this, the correction window remained open from March 7 to March 13.
