UPUMS Nursing Officer Recruitment 2024: Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences (UPUMS) has invited applications for recruitment to the 535 Nursing Officer posts across the state. The application process has been commenced and the last date for submission of online application for these posts is March 14, 2024.

 Candidates having certain educational qualification including B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing with additional eligibility as mentioned in the notification can apply for these posts. Selection for these posts will be done based on the performance of candidates in an online written exam. The schedule for the written exam will be announced by the concerned organisation in due course of time on its official website.

What is the UPUMS Eligibility and Age Limit?

The eligibility criteria and age limit have been released by the examination authority. Candidates can refer to the official notification for details.
 
Educational Qualification: 

• B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an Institute or University recognized by Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council. OR
• B.Sc. (Post-Certificate)/Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an Institute or University recognised by Indian NursingCouncil/State Nursing Council.
• Registered as Nurse & Midwife with State/Indian Nursing Council, or
• Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council recognised Institute/Board or Council.
• Registered as Nurse & Midwife in State/Indian Nursing Council.
• Two Years’ Experience in a minimum 50 bedded Hospital (registered with
• competent district medical authority) after acquiring the educational qualification.

UPUMS Recruitment 2024: (As on January 01.2024) 

Age Limit should be between 18-40 years.

UPUMS Salary

The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 44900-
142400).

UPUMS Nursing Officer Document Required 

Applying candidates are advised to check the list of documents given in the notification. You can check the list given below. 

• 1. Latest scanned Passport Size Coloured Photograph of the candidate
• 2. Scanned signature of the candidate.
• 3. Certificate showing the Date of Birth.
• 4. Caste certificate if applied under SC/ST/OBC/EWS category issued by the competent
  authority.
• 5. Disability Certificate, if applied under PWBD category issued by the competent authority.
• 6. Education qualification certificates and Mark sheets i.e. High School, Intermediate, and
  Professional Qualification etc.
• 7. Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council registration Certificate.
• 8. Experience certificates, if applicable.
• 9. Any other certificate as required to submit.
• 10. Those who are employed with the State/Central Govt./PSUs, must submit a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC) from the employer at the time of document verification.
