Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced that Facebook will be changing its company name to Meta during the company's Connect virtual reality conference on October 28, 2021. He said, "It is time for us to adopt a new company brand to encompass everything that we do."

Reserve Bank of India Governor Shaktikanta Das has been reappointed to the post for a term of three years. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved his reappointment for a period of three years beyond December 10, 2021 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Reportedly, Puneeth Rajkumar was working out in the gym when he collapsed suddenly and was rushed to the hospital immediately. Later, Puneeth was admitted to Vikram Hospital and was receiving treatment in the intensive care.
