Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL), the Mumbai-based real estate developer launched one BHK affordable apartments in Godrej Garden City, Ahmedabad in the last week of March 2013. The one BHK apartments will start from 16.5 lakh Rupees.
The project will involve construction of five 12-storey towers. Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) will offer 600 sqft each BHK apartments. These towers will have 2 lifts. All the apartments are planned to be open from two sides. The apartments are designed in such a way that no two apartments will overlook each other.
Godrej Garden City is situated off SG Highway in Ahmedabad. Apart from the BHK apartments, GPL will also create facilities for the purpose of health-care, retail, banking, public transport, recreation and education.
The masterplan for this township was created by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM), which is the same architect that also designed Burj Khalifa, the tallest building of the world.
