Madhya Pradesh Government hiked DA Allowance by Eight Percent

Madhya Pradesh has hiked the dearness allowance of Employees by eight per which would be effective from 1 January 2013.

Madhya Pradesh government in the Month of May 2013 has hiked the dearness allowance of Employees by eight per which would be effective from 1 January 2013.

The hike in dearness allowance was announced by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on 26 May 2013 while laying the foundation stone for several developmental projects worth 27.66 crore Rupees at Budha village in Mandsour district.

Subsequent to the revised allowance, the state employees are now entitled to a total of 80 per cent DA along with their salaries.
