Ram Mandir construction: Key Highlights

Iron will not be used in the construction of the Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir.

Copper plates will be used to fuse stone blocks with each other for the construction of the mandir.

The plates will be 18 inches long, 30 mm wide and 3 mm in depth. Around 10,000 such plates will be required in the total structure.

The Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra has called upon Rambhakts to donate such copper plates to the trust.

The donors will be able to engrave their family names, place of origin or the names of their community temples on the copper plates donated by them.

In this manner, the copper plates will not only symbolize the unity of the country but they will also serve as a testament to the entire country's contribution towards Mandir construction.
