Security Measures for Hockey World Cup 2010

The Indian government on 16 Feb 2010 reviewed its security preparedness and provided additional 1200 paramilitary personnel including 200 commandos to Delhi Police in the backdrop of Pakistan-based HuJI chief and al-Qaida commander Ilyas Kashmiri warning foreign players against participating in the hockey World Cup in India in Feb 2010.
