TC Goyal to retire from the post of Managing Director of DLF Limited

TC Goyal, the Managing Director realty major DLF Limited, will retire on 31 March 2015. This was informed by the company in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on 26 March 2015.

He will also resign as director of the company. His resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors of DLF Limited.

Mohit Gujral and Rajeev Talwar would be jointly responsible for affairs of the company after the retirement of TC Goyal. Mohit Gujral and Rajeev Talwar are the Whole Time Directors of the company.

Goyal will continue to be associated with the company as chief mentor to help, advise and guide the leadership team.

He had joined the company in 1981 and was elevated to the position of managing director in 1998.Goyal successfully steered the company in various phases of its growth and expansion.
