VRV Sriprasad was appointed as the new Managing Director (MD) of Volvo Buses India on 14 May 2014 by Volvo Bus Corporation. He will succeed Manish Sahi, who took the position as the Director-International business, Volvo Buses India.
He was appointed as the MD a week after he left Dailmer India Commercial vehicles after serving it for six years. He has also served Eicher group.
Sriprasad will directly report to Akash Passey, senior VP, business region international, Volvo Bus Corporation, and chairman of the board of Volvo Buses in India
About VRV Sriprasad in Automotive industry
Sriprasad has an experience of 28 years in Indian automotive industry at various positions that include direct sales, retail sales, setting up of green field projects, new brand and product introduction and manufacturing.
