Inception
Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited is a corporation under Companies Act, 1956 and is recorded with the Registrar of Companies having its recorded Office at the Vidyut Bhawan, Jaipur. It has been established on July 19, 2000 by the Government of Rajasthan under the stipulations of the Rajasthan Power Sector Reforms Act 1999 as the descendant company of RSEB.
Objective
The objective of Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam is to offer reliable electric transmission service to its customers.
