March 31, 2024 is announced to be the deadline to subscribe to the Anubhav Award Scheme 2024 by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions. The initiative is a government-aided mentoring scheme in which new employees will be able to learn from the long experiences of their seniors. People who are interested in participating in the scheme can send write-ups to the ministry. The deadline is set to be 31st March, 2024, as declared on January 12.
Retired central government employees and pensioners can share their professional experience through the online initiative. This in turn will help in creating an information bank, that will advantage upcoming members into the system.
Retired or senior central government employees will be greatly honored by the government for expressing their rich experiences on the online Anubhav platform via write-ups. The Anubhav Award will be conferred on an annual basis to the selected entries. The submission window opened on 1st July, 2023. The window will close on 31st March, 2024, according to the government notification.
Who can upload the write-up on the Anubhav platform?
The write-ups can be uploaded by retiring employees eight months prior to their retirement. Pensioners can also share their experiences up to one year post their retirement. Five entries will be shortlisted by the government for the Anubhav Award. Ten entries will be selected for the jury certificate.
To date, over 10,250 write-ups have been uploaded by employees belonging to 96 central government organizations. A total of 54 Anubhav Awards have been conferred in the years 2016 to 2023.

The portal celebrates the valuable first-hand experiences of employees who have served the government. Their experiences throw light on various government innovations and initiatives. The platform not only confers awards, but gives retiring government employees the opportunity to contribute to the society even post retirement.
How to publish one’s experience?
For retiring government employees, the procedure of publishing the work experience is effortless. The employee does not require any login ID or password to do so. They simply require to visit the official Anubhav website on the pensioner’s portal. Then, the employee requires to click on the “Employee Anubhav” tab. Next, the member needs to fill in the personal details along with outstanding work information. Once the form is submitted. Next, the concerned organization will submit and verify the write-up. Finally, the write-up will be successfully published.
