Kashish Chaudhary is a 25-year-old Pakistani Hindu woman who is the first female from the minority community in Balochistan to be appointed as an Assistant Commissioner in the restive province.

She was selected for the position after passing the Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC) exam. Kashish comes from Noshki, a distant village in the Chagai district of Balochistan, and worked for at least eight hours a day for over three years to support her studies.

She passed the fiercely contested Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC) test. Additionally, her father, Girdhari Lal, a local businessman, expressed great pride in his daughter Kashish's accomplishment. He stated that it was her lifelong goal to pursue education and work towards the empowerment of women.  

Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti praised Kashish as a symbol of pride for both the country and the province. He appreciated her dedication to improving Balochistan's women and minorities. 

She is one among a rising group of Hindu women in Pakistan who are smashing hurdles and making great accomplishments in historically male-dominated sectors.

Kashish Chaudhary, a 25-year-old woman from the minority Hindu community in Pakistan, has achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first Hindu woman to be appointed as Assistant Commissioner in Balochistan province.  

Education Requirements

Kashish passed the extremely competitive Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC) exam with flying colours.  She has at her command the kind of advanced education that would both qualify her for and allow her to excel on such a challenging qualification test. She dedicated three years to her studies, consistently studying for at least eight hours each day.  

Career Biography 

As an Assistant Commissioner, she has expressed her resolve to continue pursuing the empowerment of women and minorities in Balochistan and contributing to the development of the province. 

Her outstanding achievement is being hailed as a positive ray of progress and hope for marginalised minority communities and for Pakistan, as well as a step in the direction of increased representation of women in roles of administration.
