The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology has released the admit cards for Digital Literacy Course (DLC) programs CCC, BCC, CCC Plus, ECC on it official website student.nielit.gov.in. Students who are enrolled for the above-mentioned courses can download the admit cards from the official website. Upon visiting the website, you will see 'Download Admit Card' tab on the right-hand side of the page. Click on the tab after which you will be directed to a page with a list of all the courses. Select your course and then it will lead to the admit card download page.
On the admit card download page, you will be first asked to provide examination year, which in this case is 2018. Then in the next tab, you will have to select the examination name - November 2018. Following which you will have to enter your application number (application number is the number printed on your application form), date of birth and captcha code to download your admit card. Students need not worry if November 2018 is not appearing in the drop down because this simply means that admit card for your selected course has not been issued yet.
The CCC course aims at empowering individuals in using computers for professional and day to day use. In it, candidates learn theoretical background as well as in-depth details of software and packages. This helps them in getting confidence in using computer techniques, understand computers, create documents using the word processor/ spreadsheet/presentation, understand about networks and use the internet. Course duration is 80 hours. Eight chapters are taught in CCC course that includes the introduction to the computer, introduction to gui based operating system, elements of word processing, spreadsheets, introduction to internet www and web browsers, communication and collaboration, application of presentations, application of digital financial services.
