Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra cancels UG / PG March Exams due to COVID-19, Get Details Here

The examination to be conducted by the Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra has been cancelled by the university. According to the notification provided on the official website, the examinations to be conducted on March 14, 15 and 16, 2020, have been cancelled by the university. The revised schedule for the examinations cancelled will be released by the university shortly. Students who were to appear for the examinations on the said dates are advised t visit the official website for updates related to the revised schedule of the cancelled examinations.  

As per reports, all the examinations have been cancelled for the Thakur Biri Singh College Tundla (Firozabad) Nodal Centre. The university Vice-Chancellor stated that the decision was taken in a meeting conducted by the examination committee chaired by university vice-chancellor Professor Ashok Mittal. 

According to reports, the examinations cancelled include the B.Sc First, second and third-year examinations for Zoology First Question paper (OMR based), the BA. B.Sc First, Second and Third Year mathematics  First Question Paper (OMR based).

Examination Cancellation Notification

As per an investigation conducted, at Thakur Biri Singh college, additional sets of question papers were found on March 13, 2020. On the same day, the morning of the examination the question papers for the Zoology and Mathematics subjects went viral. 

The university administration made a decision to dismiss the question papers. Dr Rajiv Kumar, Controller of Examinations said that the rescheduled dates for the cancelled examinations of March 13, 2020, and the postponed examinations of March 14, 15 and 16, 2020 will be announced by the university later on. The question papers of the examinations cancelled will be given to the university website and examination and nodal centers.

Reports also suggest that the examination centre and Nodal Centre of Thakur Biri Singh College have been cancelled. The examinations will now be conducted at GIC Tundla. The nodal centres of the respective colleges will now be MG Girls College Shikohabad.
