FMGE June 2024: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has started accepting applications for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) June 2024 today: April 29, 2024. Eligible candidates can apply for the examination by visiting the official website nbe.edu.in.
FMGE is conducted twice a year. The exam provides an opportunity for Indian and Overseas Citizens of India candidates who have obtained a medical degree abroad to practice in India. The qualified candidates get the license to practice medicine in the country. The application fee for the exam is Rs. 6,195. The test will be held in a computer-based format on July 6, 2024.

FMGE June 2024: Eligibility Criteria
There is an eligibility criteria for FMGE Exams 2024. The candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for the exams:
- Candidate must be a citizen of India or NRI
- Candidate should have an MBBS degree from a recognised institution confirmed by Indian embassy of that place.
- Candidate must submit proof of passing the degree.
- Candidates who have graduated in MBBS from institutions in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America do not need to appear in the exam.
- The candidate should have completed the degree before April 30, 2024.
