IGNOU Admission 2024 January Session: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the registration deadline for fresh candidates till March 31, 2024. Interested candidates can apply for the online and Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programmes on the official website - ignou.ac.in.

As per the latest official ‘X’ post by IGNOU, the university has extended the last date for "Fresh Admission" for all programmes (except Certificate, Semester-based, and merit-based programmes) offered in ODL/Online mode for the January 2024 session till 31st March 2024.

For ODL programmes, candidates can visit the official website - ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in, and complete the registration process. Meanwhile, for online programmes, eligible candidates can fill out the application form at - ignouiop.samarth.edu.in.

Steps To Apply For IGNOU Admission 2024 January Session

Candidates can check out the following steps to apply for the IGNOU Admission 2024 January Session. The registration process for online and ODL courses will take place on separate websites.

Step 1: Visit the official website - ignou.ac.in

Step 2: Click on the January Admission 2024 registration link

Step 3: Enter your valid login credentials to fill out the application form

Step 4: Fill in the relevant educational and other qualifications

Step 5: Upload the required documents

Step 6: Pay the registration fee to complete the application process

Step 7: Click on ‘Submit’ and download the confirmation page for future reference 

IGNOU January Admission 2024: Application Fee

Candidates have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 300. The IGNOU 2024 January Admission registration fee can be paid using net banking, UPI, and credit or debit card. In case a candidate completes the online payment and he/she does not receive the payment confirmation, the candidate must not make the second payment immediately.

The university has advised the candidate to wait for a day, review the payment status, and then make another attempt to complete the payment process. For the latest updates, candidates can visit the official website - ignou.ac.in.
