JKCET Counselling 2019: Registration Process to Begin on 25th May, 2019, Get Details Here

J&K Board for Professional Entrance Examination (JKBOPEE) has announced the dates for JKCET 2019 counselling. As per the official notification, the registration process for JKCET counselling 2019 will begin on 25th May, 2019. The registration for the counselling will be held in the online mode. Candidates who had appeared for the JKCET entrance examination conducted by JKBOPEE and met the minimum cut off requirements are eligible for the process of counselling. According to the cut off requirements set by JKBOPEE, candidates with a minimum score of 07 (seven) or more are eligible to participate in the counselling. To participate in the counselling process, candidates are required to visit the official website and register themselves for the same.

For registration, candidates after visiting the official website will initially be required to enter the requisite mandatory details. After this step, candidates will obtain the password on their registered email Id and phone number for subsequent logging in to the website. The next step is the choice-filling process where candidates will be required to fill up their choices for colleges in the order of preference. The JKCET counselling board will first conduct a mock seat allotment process where candidates will be get an idea about the list of colleges where they are likely to get admission. Based on the mock seat allotment choices, candidates will be able to modify their preferences. After finalising on their choices, candidates can either lock the same or it will be automatically submitted/locked. Candidates will be allotted admission to various colleges as per the rules of counselling and their preferences. To participate in the counselling of JKCET 2019, candidates will be required to pay Rs. 1200 as the counselling fee in the online mode.

The online registration and mock exercise of JKCET 2019 will be held from 25th to 27th May, 2019. Candidates will be allowed to fill their preferences online from 27th May to 6th June, 2019. The last date for payment of counselling fee is 6th June while the preferences can be edited until 7th June, 2019. Seat allotment will be done after the process of editing preferences is over.
