After the publishing of HSCAP Allotment List 2019, the admission process for Kerala Plus One Admissions 2019 will commence today with the release of . Based on the result of HSCAP allotment, the centralized admission process for admission to Kerala Plus One Admission 2019 will be held from 24th May to 27th May 2019. The admissions of students to Kerala 11th Class 2019 will be granted on the basis of the HSCAP Kerala Plus One Allotment List. After the completion of the preliminary allotment process, if any seats remain vacant, they will be allotted first to candidates that are featured on the HSCAP Kerala Plus One Allotment List. The allotment list was formally released by the Department of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), Government of Kerala last week.

Seats vs Students
According to the tentative estimates, around 3.6 lakh seats are available for Kerala Plus One Admission 2019. The seats are available in Kerala Based Schools for which around 4.99 lakh students have applied for admissions. Of the total number of applicants, around 4.34 lakh students are the one who cleared the Class 10 exam in the recently announced Kerala SSLC Result 2019. Additionally, around 48,728 students from CBSE board have applied for the Kerala Plus One Admissions while around 4605 students from ICSE Board have applied for admissions.
In addition to this, the Kerala Pareeksha Bhawan also announced the SSLC Re-evaluation Result 2019 as well. Students who appeared for the re-evaluation examination has cleared it will also be eligible to apply for Kerala Plus One Admissions 2019 now. Earlier in the month, Kerala Board had announced SSLC Result 2019 on 6th May 2019 in which 98.11% students had cleared the exam.
