As per the official timetable, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the NEET MDS 2025 admit card. Candidates who registered in accordance with the updated eligibility requirements can now download their NEET MDS Admit Card 2025 on the official website, natboard.edu.in. 

The NEET MDS 2025 computer-based exam is scheduled for April 19. It is anticipated that the outcome will be announced on May 19. Candidates who want to appear for the NEET MDS exam 2025 must carry their admit card to the examination centre.

NEET MDS Entrance Exam Admission 2025

In India, NEET MDS is the sole entrance exam required for admission to Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) programs. This exam is conducted for admission to the following:

• 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats
• State quota seats in government and private dental colleges
• Armed Forces Medical Services colleges and institutions

Additionally, it serves as a screening exam for MDS and BDS applicants seeking the Army Dental Corps' Short Service Commission. AIIMS New Delhi is the only institution that does not follow this procedure; it handles admissions on its own.

How to Download NEET MDS 2025 Admit Card

Candidates can download their NEET MDS Admit Card 2025 by following the given steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website — natboard.edu.in

Step 2: Click on the link that says “NEET MDS 2025 Admit Card”

Step 3: Log in by entering your user ID and password

Step 4: Your admit card will be shown on the screen

Step 5: Check and download it, and take a printout to carry on exam day

NEET MDS 2025 Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates will need to follow the following guidelines while appearing for the NEET MDS Exam 2025:

• Visit the NEET MDS 2025 exam centre a day before the exam to know the location.

• Carry these three important things to the exam hall:

  • NEET MDS admit card

  • A valid photo ID proof

  • A passport-sized photograph

• Reach the exam centre at least two hours before the exam time.

• Do not bring bags, books, pens, papers, or notes to the exam centre.

• Electronic items like calculators, mobile phones, smartwatches, pagers, and Bluetooth devices are not allowed inside the exam hall.

• Food items are not allowed inside the exam hall.

• Wearing ornaments like necklaces, earrings, rings, brooches, and nose pins is prohibited.

NEET MDS Entrance Exam Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: They must have graduated from an accredited university with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
• University/College: Candidates must be either provisionally or permanently registered with the State Dental Council, and the institute must be registered as well.
• Internship Duration: It is required to finish a one-year rotating internship at an accredited dental college. It is expected that the internship will be finished between April 1 and June 30, 2025.

Getting selected and admitted to postgraduate dental seats depends on meeting the admission rules, eligibility, medical fitness, and other conditions set by the universities, dental colleges, the Dental Council of India, and the State or Central Government," as mentioned in the official notice.
