Odisha 12th (Plus Two) Exam 2021 Update: As per the latest update, the Council of Higher Secondary Education i.e. CHSE Odisha has formed an expert committee to decide the objective evaluation criteria that would be used to mark students following cancellation of Odisha 12th Exam 2021. The committee has been provided time of 10 days in order to finalize the evaluation criteria and marking scheme for the upcoming Odisha Plus Two(+2) Exam 2021. Earlier, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had announced cancellation of Class 12 Board Exams in the favour of safety of the students amid the on-going COVID-19 pandemic situation.
14 Member Expert Committee Formed
With the CHSE Odisha Class 12 Exams 2021 already cancelled, now the Board has to come up with objective and fair evaluation criteria which will be used to award marks to the students. To arrive at this unique marking scheme, which is fair to all the students, the Council has formed a 14 member committee consisting of experts, which will decide the evaluation and assessment criteria for Plus 2 Exams. The committee has been given a deadline of 10-day within which they would have to finalize the evaluation criteria and intimate the same to the students.
To confirm the development, the Council has released an official notification which read “In accordance with the orders of the State Govt, the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha has constituted an Expert Committee for assessment of the Regular and Ex-Regular examinees of Anual Higher Secondary Exam, 2021. The Committee will submit its report within 10 days.”
