Assam Police seeks applications for direct recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspector (Unarmed Branch). Earlier, the State Level Police Recruitment Board has notified 130 vacancies for the posts, dated 12 April 2018. In addition to this, the board has announced new 360 vacancies for Sub-Inspector Posts.
As per official Notification, "As such, the total number of vacancies for recruitment of Sub-Inspector (UB) will be 490. Online applications from the eligible candidates who did not apply earlier in pursuance to advertisement dated 11-04-2018 will be received w.e.f. 23-10-18 to 12-11-2018 through Assam Police Website www.assampolice.gov.in”
