Eligibility Criteria for Deputy Manager and Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Deputy Manager (Sales Coordination): MBA or eqivalent degree OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
• Assistant Manager (Project-In-Charge): Graduate OR Diploma in Engineering with Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering in Engineering.
• Assistant Manager (Operations): Post Graduate Degree in Management /MBA OR Graduate degree in any discipline with PG Diploma/Diploma in Logistics or in related discipline.
• Deputy Manager (Production): Graduate Degree in Engineering in Chemical Engineering with minimum 05 years of experience in Chemical Production.
• Deputy Manager (Electrical): Graduate Degree in Engineering in Chemical Engineering with minimum 05 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Deputy Manager (Commercial): Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Assistant Manager (Sales): PGDM/ MBA degree with specialization in Sales\Marketing\ Logistics\ Supply Chain Management.
