The CSIR Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute (CEERI) is a premier research Institute in the field of Electronics, set up under the aegis of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR). The Institute is looking for dynamic and motivated persons and invites applications for the following posts at entry-level in Technical Group II.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• SSC/ 10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus ITI certificate in the relevant trade. OR 
• SSC/ 10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus National/ State trade certificate in the relevant trade. OR
• SSC/ 10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized institution in the relevant trade

Age Limit (as on 29 July 2011): 28 years

Pay Scale: Pay Band- 1; Rs 5200- 20200; Grade Pay Rs 1900; Total Emoluments Rs 12276

Selection Procedure:

• A duly constituted Screening Committee will adopt its own criteria for short-listing the candidates to be called for trade test and interview. Only those candidates, who in the opinion of the Institute, suit the Institutional requirements, will be called for interview. The candidate should, therefore, mention in the application his/her qualifications and experiences in the relevant area over and above the minimum prescribed qualification supported with documents.
• Candidate should ensure that he/she possesses the minimum educational qualification/ experience in the relevant trade as required for the category/post, for which he/she is applying, on the last date of receipt of application.
• The period of experience in the requisite discipline/ area of work wherever prescribed shall be counted with effect from the date of acquiring the prescribed minimum educational qualifications required for that post.

 Fill in the application(s) form in all respects and attach attested copies of all certificates of educational qualifications, experience, etc., together with an application fee (if applicable) of Rs 100 (Rupees One hundred only) in the form of crossed Demand Draft valid for at least 6 months, in favour of Director, CEERI payable at Pilani.
