Eligibility Criteria for recruitment in Central Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh

Educational Qualification : SSLC/ SSC/ 10th Class with ITI qualification in Electrician/ Wireman Trade or Intermediate vocational course in Electrical Domestic Appliances and Rewinding (EDAR) and Electrical Wring & Contracting (EWC) on par with Electrical Wiring and Servicing of Electrical Appliances (EW & SEA) from a recognized Institution/Board.

Age Limit (as on 1 July 2011): Minimum 18 years; Maximum 35 years

Pay Scale: Rs 8760-170-9270-250-10520-325-12145-400-14145

Selection Procedure: The candidates will be selected on the basis of (a) Meter Reading, (b) Cycling, and (c) Pole climbing in Central Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh.

Candidates, who pass the above tests alone, will become eligible for further evaluation of marks secured in 10th Class and ITI or Intermediate Vocational course in Electrical Domestic Appliances and Rewinding (EDAR) and Electrical Wiring & Contracting (EWC) on par with Electrical Wiring and Servicing of Electrical Appliances (EW & SEA) from a recognized Institution/ Board.
