Central University of Jharkhand Notified Recruitment for Teaching Positions 2013

The Central University of Jharkhand invited applications for recruitment to the post of Professors, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor 2013. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 18 October 2013. The Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ) is a Central University of India, established on 20 March 2009, however the university act deemed to come into force on 15 January 2009. Like other Central Universities of India it is a teaching and research university.

Educational Qualification

• Professor: An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers. 
• Associate Professor: Good academic record with a Ph.D Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines and Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.
• Assistant Professor: Good academic record with at least 55% marks at the master’s degree level in relevant subject  from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university and candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.

Application Fee:

• Candidates have to pay Rs. 300/- only through cross demand draft drawn in favour of Central University of Jharkhand” Payable at Ranchi.
• SC/ST/PH/Women Candidates are exempted from fee.

Selection Process

Candidate will be selected on the basis of Interview.
