Central University of Punjab Notified Recruitment for UDC, LDC & Other Non-teaching Posts 2013

Central University of Punjab, Bathinda invited applications for the recruitment to 15 Upper Division Clerk, Lower Division Clerk, Driver & Multitasking Staff Posts. The candidates eligible for the posts can send their applications through the prescribed format on or before 22 November 2013.

1. Upper Division Clerk (Pay scale Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 2,400/-) -- 04 posts
2. Lower Division Clerk (Pay scale Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1,900/-) -- 07 posts
3. Driver (Pay scale Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1,900/-) -- 02 posts
4. Multitasking Staff (Pay scale Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1,800/-) -- 02 posts

Total No. of Posts: 15

Age Limit

Candidates should not exceed 40 years of age for the post No.1, 2, 3, and 35 years for the post No.4.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with relevant field experience for the post No.1 & 2; and Matriculation from a recognized Board of School Education with relevant field experience for the post No.3 & 4.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in test/ interview.

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of Rs.300/- have to be paid (Rs.150/- for SC/ ST/ PH candidates) for the posts with GP of Rs. 4200 or above, and Rs.200/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ ST/ PH candidates) for the posts with GP less than 4200, The application fee must be paid in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of the “Central University of Punjab, Bathinda”.

Eligible candidates can send their application in the prescribed Performa along with supporting documents and the required DD in an envelope that should be super-scribed as “Application for the post of ________” and it should reach the Office of the Registrar, Central University of Punjab, City Campus, Mansa Road, Bathinda-151 001, India on or before 22 November 2013.
