Educational Qualification  :

• For Asstt. General Manager (Technical)

A Post graduate degree in second class in Agriculture with Entomology or Micro-biology or Bio-chemistry

Or  A Post graduate degree in second class in Bio-chemistry or Micro-biology

Or  A Post graduate degree in Second Class in Zoology with Entomology.  

6 Years service experience in Central Govt.,Public Institution or Commercial Organisation. 

• For Manager (Technical)

A Post Graduate Degree in second class in Agriculture with Entomology or Microbiology

Or  A Post Graduate Degree in second class in Biochemistry or Microbiology

Or  A Post Graduate Degree in second class in Zoology with Entomology.

4 Years service experience in Central Govt.,Public Institution or Commercial Organisation. 

• For Manager (Technical & Hindi)

Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English a as subject at the degree level

Or  Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level  

Or  Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English  as subject at the degree level  

Or  Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi medium and English as a subject at degree level

Or  Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a subject at degree level.

5 Years of Experience of Terminological work in Hindi and/ or translation from English to Hindi or Vice- versa preferably of technical or scientific literature Or 5 Years experience in Teaching, Research, Writing or Journalissm in Hindi.

Desirable 

• Knowledge of Sanskrit or modern Indian Language.
• Administrative Experience.
• Experience of organizing Hindi classes or workshops for noting and drafting.
• For Hindi Translator

Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi/English with English / Hindi as a main subject at the degree level

Or  Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject with Hindi as the medium of instructions and examination with English as a compulsory subject at degree level

Or  Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as a main subject or either of the two as medium of examination.

Age Limit 

• Candidates having Maximum Age Limit of 40 Years for Asstt. General Manager (Technical), Manager (Technical), Manager (Hindi).
• Candidates having Maximum Age Limit of 40 Years for Hindi Translator.
• Age Relaxation and Reservation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD candidates as per Govt. rules.
• Departmental candidates will be entitled to age relaxation subject to the condition (the candidate should have atleast 5 years of service left).

Pay Scale/ Remuneration 

• For Asstt. General Manager (Technical)

Pay Scale is Rs. 24,900 – 50,500/-. Gross Emoluments on date (Minimum Pay + DA) Rs. 46,190/- Per Month.

• For Manager (Technical & Hindi) :

Pay Scale is Rs. 20,600 – 46,500/-. Gross Emoluments on date (Minimum Pay + DA) Rs. 38,213/- Per Month.

• For Hindi Translator : 

Pay Scale is Rs. 11,200 – 30,600/-. Gross Emoluments on date (Minimum Pay + DA) Rs. 20,776/- Per Month.
