| Managing Director | The candidate should have a graduate degree. MBA with good academic record from a University recognised by AICTE will be desirable. Experience of handling PPP projects would also be desirable. Age Limit: 45-57 years |
| Director (Finance) | The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or Master in Business Administration (MBA)/Post Graduate Diploma/Programme in Management (PGDM/PGPM), recognised by UGC/AICTE, with Finance as an effective subject. The candidate should have at least 5 (five) years of cumulative experience, during the last 10 (ten) years, in various aspects of Financial Management functions in an organisation. Age Limit: 45-57 years |
| Director (Projects) | The candidate should be an Engineer. Masters/Graduate degree in general management from a University recognised by AICTE will be desirable. Experience of handling PPP projects would be an added advantage. Age Limit: 45-57 years |
