CSIR-IHBT, Palampur Notified walk-in-Interviews for 15 posts of PFs & JRFs 2013

    CSIR-Institute of Himalayan Bio-resource Technology, Palampur notified holding walk-in-Interviews from 18 October 2013 till 30 October 2013 for 15 posts of Project Fellows (PFs - 13 posts) and Junior Research Fellows (JRFs – 2 posts) for 11 different Sponsored / Networked and In-House Projects, purely on temporary basis for the duration of the project(s). Interested candidates should attend the walk-in Interviews to be held at CSIR-IHBT, Palampur, on the prescribed date for the desired post.

    NOTE 1: All the posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the associated project.

    NOTE 2:  Age will be reckoned as on the date of Interview.

    NOTE 3:  Upper age limit is relax-able by 5 years for SC / ST candidates, by  3 years for OBC candidates and for widows, divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands who are not remarried the allowed age concession is up to the age of 35 years, (Up to 40 years for members of SC / STs).

    Mode of Recruitment: Interested eligible candidates should appear for the "Walk-in-Interview” for the desired post /project on the mentioned Date at the CSIR –IHBT, Palampur along with an application in the prescribed format and attested photocopies of relevant certificates / testimonials.

    Selection Committee may either conduct direct interview or hold a written test followed by the Interview on the same day for selection of candidates. However, candidates should also carry all certificates / testimonials in Original, on the Interview day, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the Interview.

    NOTE 4:  Candidates awaiting results for the qualifying exams are not eligible to appear for the Interview.
