Eligibility Criteria for Lab Technician & Other Posts 2016

Educational Qualification:

• Counselor: Master’s/ Post Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development from any Institution recognized by the Central or State Government.
• Technical Supervisor, Lab Technician: (i) Passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry, mathematics/ biological science before obtaining diploma or degree. (ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/ Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from any University/ Institution recognized by the Central or State Government.  OR Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) from any University/ institution recognized by the Central or State Government. OR Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory technology (M.Sc. in MLT/ PGDMLT) from any University/ institution recognized by the Central or State Government.
• Lab Technician-NPCDCS: 10+2. DMLT.
• Physiotherapist: BPT.
• Medical Technologist (Lab): Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or it's equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and a two year diploma in Laboratory Technologist recognized in the Government of West Bengal OR One year diploma course in Laboratory Technology from any University/ Institution recognized by the Government of West Bengal; where basic qualification for undergoing the said course is B.Sc.
• Medical Technologist (X-Ray / RD): Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or it's equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and a two year diploma in radiography (Diagnostics) DRD (Tec.) recognized in the Government of West Bengal.
• Medical Technologist (ECG): Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or it's equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and a two year diploma in ECG Technology recognized in the Government of West Bengal.

Age Limit

18- 40 years of age
