Seats five medical colleges has been increased by the medical Council of India and will be open for admission for the current session 2013-2014. It is surely a good reason for medical aspirants to cheer. Mahendra Hardia, Minister of state for Medical Education stated that the request of increasing seat in medical college was pending, a letter of approval for which has been received recently.
Shyam Shah Medical College, Rewa has 40 more seats while 10 seats have been enhanced in Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College & Hospital, Jabalpur, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College (MGM), Indore; Raja Medical College and Research Centre, Gwalior and Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal, Gajra.
Dr Sanjay Dixit of MGM, confirming the news said that seat in different medical colleges have been increased and admission for which will start for current session 2013-2014. We have selected more than 600 students and the seats will be allocated to 150 students after an increase in the number of seats.
