How to Apply
The eligible and desirous candidates should submit their application duly filled and signed in prescribed Performa as per Annexure-A along with other documents in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital, Rourkela on or before 26.09.2019 (04.00 PM.). Candidates can also send the signed application along with self attested copies of documents in the e-mail of mh-rourkela@esic.in latest by 26.09.2019 (0400 P M). After scrutiny of documents, eligible candidates will be informed through e-mail for appearing in the interview on the schedule date i.e. 04 10.2019.
