Expansion is the catchphrase among the older private schools of CBSE in Nagpur city as the demand surpasses their present admission competence. CPS school at Nagpur proclaims that it will be introducing its 4th branch at Ensaara Metropark, Pipla. The group has 5 branches of its KG wing. Its competitor of school has also started a 4th branch for which admissions had to be done through lottery scheme.
CPS school, which has a status for both co-curricular and academic distinction, will establish its Ensaara branch from 2016 - 17 academic sessions. The director of school says training and finding teachers for new branches wouldn't be a hard task. Even though CPS is a recognized brand, they do feel the need to present something new as a way of placing the new branch.
For teachers, the expansion of these top schools also interprets into more high paying jobs. Salaries for the right aptitude are quite high in preferred schools across Nagpur, but then they’re far & few in between. Parents, in interim, feel that the reputation and brand of school matters more than any other aspect.
HUGE DEMAND FOR RECOGNIZED NAMES
A brand name built over a decade of academic and sporting achievement ensures a steady stream of candidates. Also, these private schools lead the way in bringing CBSE curriculum which is now the favored board & this has added on to their demand.
WHAT IS GUARANTEEING TRIUMPH OF THESE SCHOOLS?
Teacher salaries play a massive role in quality of education to the extent private schools are concerned. Top flair can be attracted & retained with good monetary reward.
INNOVATIONS AT PLAY
The director of CPS initiated the "zone teaching" scheme at her pre - nursery school. Here, students move to English & Mathematics zone which provides students with a favorable environment.
