Educational Qualification & Experience:

• General Manager (Fertilizer Marketing): Possess BE (Chemical) or M. Sc. (Agriculture) Degree with 20 years of experience in concerned field.
• Additional General Manager (Human Resource): Possess MSW/ MLW/ MPM Degree with 15- 20 years of experience in concerned field.
• Senior Executive (Marketing): Possess MBA (Marketing) with 5- 10 years of experience.
• Market Analyst: Possess MBA (Finance/ Marketing/ Statistics) or M.Sc. (Maths/ Statistics) with 10 years of experience.

Age Limit:

• General Manager (Fertilizer Marketing): Between 45 to 50 years
• Additional General Manager (Human Resource): 45 years
• Senior Executive (Marketing): 40 years
• Market Analyst: Between 30 to 35 years
