Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Jobs

Educational Qualification

• General Manager (Technical)/ Deputy General Manager (Technical/ Engineering)/ Senior Manager (Technical)/ Manager (Ship Production)/ Deputy Manager (Technical): Bachelor’s Degree in the respective discipline of Engineering (BE/ B. Tech) or equivalent.
• General Manager (Material)/ Additional General Manager/ Manager (Material/ Safety): Bachelor’s Degree in the respective discipline of Engineering (BE/ B. Tech) and MBA or Post- Graduate Degree/ Diploma in the respective discipline.
• General Manager (HR)/ Deputy General Manager (Administration/ Security/ RO)/ Senior Manager (Dock/ HR)/ Manager (HR)/ Deputy Manager (Corporate Communication)/ Assistant Manager: Graduate Degree in the appropriate discipline with Post- Graduate Degree/ Diploma or MBA or equivalent in the respective specialized discipline.
• Manager (Finance)/ Deputy Manager (Finance): CA or ICWA Degree.
• Deputy Manager (Medical/ Legal): MBBS Degree in the respective discipline (for Medical) and LLB (for Legal).
• Junior Manager (Official Language): Master’s Degree in the respective discipline.

• Gen & OBC: Rs. 550/- in the form of Bank Challan Mode of any SBI Bank Branch.
• SC/ ST/ PH/ Internal Candidates: Exempted from fee payment.
