Eligibility Criteria for Manager, Deputy Manager and Junior Manager Job

Educational Qualification:

Manager: CA/CMA. 08 (Eight) years post qualification experience in dealing with Financial matters i.e. “Budgeting”, “Costing”, “Banking”, “Taxation”, “Finalization of accounts.
Deputy Manager (Finance): CA/CMA. Five years experience in dealing with financial matters i.e. “Budgeting”, “Costing”, “Banking”, “Taxation”, “Finalization of accounts”.
Deputy Manager (Technical): Four (04) years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent with 55% overall marks in Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Naval architecture/Civil. Five years post qualification experience in Ship repair/Construction/ Shipbuilding/repair of Naval ships or Submarines“.
Junior Manager: Graduation with Diploma in Catering technology/Catering Management/General Administration/HR/ HRM/HRD/Personnel Management/IR etc.
