Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification 

• For Post 1 & 2  :

Good Academic Record with Ph.D Degree in the relevant subject with post- graduate teaching experience.

• For Post 3  :

Possess Master Degree in the relevant subject and Good Academic Record with post- graduate teaching experience.

• For Post 4  :

Possess Ph.D Degree in IPR or in the other relevant fields closely related to the IPR Law with relevant experience.

• For Post 5  :

Possess LLM Degree in IPR Law and Policy fields with relevant experience.

• For Post 6  :

Possess Master or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (MBA/ BBA) or equivalent from the recognized University or Institution.

Pay Scale

• For Post 1  : 

Pay Band (PB – 4) and the Pay Scale is of Rs. 37,400/- to Rs. 67,000/- plus the Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 10,000/- Per Month.

• For Post 2  : 

Pay Band (PB – 4) with the Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 9,000/- Per Month.

• For Post 3 & 5  : 

Candidate will get Consolidated Remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- Per Month.

• For Post 4  : 

Candidate will get Consolidated Remuneration of Rs. 90,000/- (for Professor) / Rs. 75,000/- (for Associate Professor) Per Month.

• For Post 6  : 

Candidate will get Consolidated Remuneration of Rs. 20,000/- Per Month.
