Important Dates
- Last date for online/ offline receipt of application: 22 October 2011 till 11.59 pm
- Last date for offline receipt of application (candidates from remote areas): 8 November 2011
Application Fee
Online Mode: Rs 250 to be paid by General/ General Physical Handicapped/ Hearing Impaired/ and WFF of HP candidates and fee for OBC/ SC/ ST category candidates is Rs 63 by cash at any branch of Punjab National Bank, through a challan generated through the above website and its transaction number, branch code and date of receipt are required to be entered/ feeded in the fee details link.
Offline Mode: The candidates applying offline may obtain OMR application forms @ Rs 300 for General/ General Physical Handicapped/ Hearing Impaired and WFF of HP (Rs 115 for SC/ ST/ OBC of HP) and Rs 50 for Ex-Service men/Visually Impaired from the Reception Counter of HP Public Service Commission Nigam Vihar Shimla-171002. Hence candidates need not deposit any examination fee separately.
Candidates, who desire to obtain the application forms by post, may add Rs 50 to the cost of the form and send demand draft of total amount ie Rs 350 for General/ General Physical Handicapped and WFF of HP category (Rs 165/ for SC/ ST/ OBC of HP and Rs 100 for Ex-Servicemen & Visually Impaired of HP) in favour of the Secretary, HP Public Service Commission, Nigam Vihar, Shimla-171002 payable at Shimla. Such request should reach in the office of the Commission by 10 October 2011 on any working day from 10 am to 5 pm.

Online Mode: Candidates are required to visit at website http://hp.gov.in/hppsc/ and click the link to APPLY ONLINE.
Offline Mode: Candidates can exercise the option of applying through offline mode also by using the OMR computerized Application Form which will be available on payment at the Reception Counter of HPPSC, Nigam Vihar, Shimla-171002
