Eligibility Criteria for General Manager Posts

Educational Qualification

• General Manager (Works)/ Additional General Manager (Mines)/ Assistant Manager (Commercial Marketing): Possess B. Tech Degree or equivalent in the respective discipline and/ or MBA or equivalent.
• Manager (Surveyor Mines): Possess Professional or Technical Degree/ Diploma in Mines Survey and achieve Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency for Underground Mines.
• Assistant Manager (Personnel & Administration (P&A)): Possess MBA (HR) with B. Tech Degree or equivalent in the respective discipline or Ph.D. Degree in respective specialization else PG Degree with PG Diploma in concerned field or Graduate Degree or BBA in the concerned discipline.
• Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts): Possess Bachelor’s Degree with CA/ ICWA else PG Degree with PG Diploma in concerned field or Graduate Degree in the appropriate discipline.
• Junior Manager Technical (Chemical/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical/ IT): Possess B. Tech Degree or equivalent in the respective discipline and MBA or equivalent else B. Tech Degree or equivalent and Diploma (03 years) in the concerned field.

Experience

• General Manager (Works)/ Additional General Manager (Mines): 20/ 18 years. (whichever applicable)
• Manager (Surveyor Mines): 03 years.
• Assistant Manager (Personnel & Administration (P&A)): 01/ 03/ 10/ 12 years (whichever applicable).
• Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts): Fresher/ 05/ 10/12 years (whichever applicable).
• Assistant Manager (Commercial Marketing): 01/ 03 years (whichever applicable).
• Junior Manager Technical (Chemical/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical/ IT): Fresher/ 01/ 10 years (whichever applicable).

Age Limit 

• General Manager (Works): 52 years.
• Additional General Manager (Mines): 50 years.
• Manager/ Assistant Manager: 40 years.
• Junior Manager Technical: 35 years.
