Educational Qualification for Administration Assistant, Section Officer and other Posts

Librarian: The candidate should have a master’s degree in Science (including Library Sciences) or Mathematics or Information Technology, with a good academic record.

Engineer-C : The candidate should have Accredited ME/M.Tech degree in Electronics/ Electrical engineering from a recognized university with more than 60% marks in the aggregate and consistently good academic record.

Deputy Administrative Officer: The candidate must have done graduation in any discipline with good academic record.

Section Officer: The candidate should have bachelors in any discipline with 50% Marks in the aggregate; with 10 years of experience in the relevant field. Or Candidate should have Masters Degree in any discipline or equivalent with 50% Marks; with 8 years of experience in the related field.

Junior Research Assistant (Observations): B.Sc. in Physics / Maths / Chemistry / Electronics or equivalent with at least 60% marks in the aggregate from a recognized university / institute.

Administrative Assistant, upper division clerk: The candidate must have the bachelors degree in any discipline or equivalent with 50% and having knowledge of computer applications such as word,excel, power point, etc

Technical Assistant (Civil): The candidate should have Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 year full time course) with at least 60% marks in the aggregate from a Govt. recognized institution. Familiarity with computers and knowledge of AutoCAD, MS word and excel software and applications relevant to preparation of bill of quantities, cost estimates, tender specifications etc.

Mechanic A- SSLC with two years NCTVT certificate course (ITI) in the trade of Millwright mechanic/Machinist/Fitter with at least 60% marks from a Govt. recognized Industrial Training Institute.

Technical Assistant (computer): The candidate should have Diploma in Computer Engineering (3 year full time course) with at least 60% marks in the aggregate from a Govt. recognized institution.
