Eligibility Criteria for Research Associate, SRF, JRF and PA Posts

Educational Qualification:

• RA- Ph.D in Food Processing Engineering/ / Food Science & Technology/ Biotechnology/ Nanotechnology/ Chemical Engineering (or) M.Tech in any of the above subjects with 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from fellowship/associateship /training/ other engagements.
• SRF- M.Tech/ M.E. in Food Process Engineering/ Food Science & Technology/Food Technology/Biotechnology/ Nanotechnology or M.Sc. in the above disciplines or M.Sc. in Food Science & Nutrition with NET or Ph.D in the above disciplines.
• JRF- M.Tech in Food Process Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, Agricultural Entomology & Biotechnology preferably with work experience in food.
• PA- B.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology or B.Tech. in Biotechnology

Age Limit for RA Post Job- 40 years for men and 45 years for women

Age Limit for SRF/JRF/PA Post Job - 35 years for men and 40 years for women
