Eligibility Criteria for Chief Administrative Officer and Other Posts
Educational Qualification
Chief Administrative Officer – Candidate should be post graduate in any discipline with a degree or diploma in management or post graduate in management from a recognized University as full time student.
Manager (Placement & Other Activities) - The candidate should be Post graduate in any discipline with a MBA or an equivalent Master’s degree.
Assistant Manager (Stores, Purchase & General Administration)-The candidate should have passed Graduation in any discipline with postgraduate diploma/degree in Materials Management/ HR/ Contracts Management is a must.
Assistant Manager – Accounts & Compliance - The candidate should have Post Graduation degree in Commerce OR Chartered Accountant (CA).
Assistant Manager - IT and e-Knowledge Centre- Candidate must be graduate or post graduate in IT/Electronics.
Incharge – Programmes, Incharge – Field Study Office and Entrepreneurship Cell, Incharge - Students Affairs - The candidate should be graduate in any discipline with MBA.
Programme Associate (PGP Office), Audio Visual Technician- Candidate must be graduate in any discipline.
Secretary to Director- Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline with good academic record. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and Hindi.
Junior Engineer (Administration & Estate) - Candidate should have graduation degree in Civil Engineering.
Junior Library Professional Assistant- Candidate should have a Full Time 1st Class Post Graduation in Library and Information Science (M.L.I.Sc) from a Reorganized University/Institution.

- Manager (Placement & Other Activities)- 30 years above
- Assistant Manager (Stores, Purchase & General Administration)- 30 years above
- Assistant Manager – Accounts & Compliance, Secretary to Director, Junior Engineer (Administration & Estate) - Min. 30 – Max. 40 years
- Assistant Manager - IT and e-Knowledge Centre, Incharge – Programmes, Incharge – Field Study Office and Entrepreneurship Cell, Incharge - Students Affairs - Min. 30 – Max. 45 years
- Programme Associate (PGP Office) - Min. 27 – Max. 35 years
