Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) Recruitment Notification 2020: Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) has invited applications for the Non Academic posts. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for IIMC Recruitment Notification 2020 through the prescribed application format on or before 15 January 2021.

In the IIMC’s Advertisement No.01/2020 for filling up of various Non-Academic Vacancies of the IIMC, the last date was decided to be 15 December, 2020. The IIMC University has since decided to extend the said date to 15 January, 2021.

Eligibility Non Academic Job

• Group ‘A’ Post of Registrar: Post Graduate (PG) with Master Degree with at least 55percent marks or its equivalent Grade B in the UGC 07 point scale from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Group ‘A’ Post of Deputy Registrar: Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department.07 (seven) years service on a regular basis in Level 07 of Pay Matrix/in posts in PB2, Rs. 9,300-34,800/- with Grade Pay Rs. 4,600.
• Group ‘A’ Post of Senior Research Officer(SRO): PG with Master Degree in Social Science/Statistics/Economics from a recognized University.
• Group ‘A’ Post of Assistant Registrar(AR): Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department. 03 (three) years regular service in the grade of Section Officers (Level 07 of the Pay Matrix) or equivalent post in the parent cadre or department.
• Group ‘A’ Post of Assistant Director(AD) (Official Lang.): Post Graduate (PG) with Master Degree of a recognized Univ. in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elec. Sub. or as the medium of exam. at the Degree level.
• Group ‘B’ Post of Senior Private Secretary (PS): Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department. Five (05) years regular service in the grade of Senior Personal Assistant (Level 07 of the Pay Matrix) or equivalent post in the parent cadre or department.
• Group ‘B’ Posts of Section Officer: Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department.06 (six) years regular service in the grade of Assistant (Level 6 of the Pay Matrix) or equivalent post in the parent cadre or department.
• Group ‘B’ Posts of Senior Personal Assistant (PA): Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department. Five (05) years regular service in the grade of Senior Stenographer (Level 6 of the Pay Matrix) or equivalent post in the parent cadre or department.
• Group ‘B’ Post of Assistant: The post is proposed to be filled up by Direct Rectt. from amongst persons possessing degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
• Group ‘B’ Posts of Library & Information Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognized University/Institute.
• Group ‘C’ Post of Junior Steno.: 12^thClass Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• Group ‘C’ Posts of LDC/Typist: 12^thClass Pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.  A typing speed of 30 words per minute (word per minute) in English or 25 word per minute in Hindi on manual typewriter.
